Job Overview

The role of a Physical Security Specialist III involves providing hands-on support to the Data Center Infrastructure Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer-focused skills and the ability to manage day-to-day data center security operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contract guard forces and overseeing security incidents and escalations.
  • Providing after-hours on-call management support and participating in emergent event response.
  • Participating in recurring data center security audits and reviews.
  • Executing established processes in compliance with AWS policies and relevant legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in security operations, excellent analytical skills, and be able to create and manage key performance metrics.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in security or related fields is required. Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and internationally.
  • Must have own car.
  • Required to participate in on-call rotation.
