Hotel Operations Coordinator

The primary role of the Housekeeping Manager is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the department, ensuring that hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork to achieve seamless guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze daily hotel occupancy and adjust staffing levels accordingly to meet operational demands.
- Supervise cleaning tasks assigned to housekeeping staff to guarantee compliance with established standards.
- Procure necessary merchandise and supplies to maintain a fully stocked inventory and meet ongoing workload requirements.
- Manage laundry and clothing inventory, creating accurate inventory sheets and conducting regular physical counts to ensure availability.
- Develop monthly schedules for housekeeping staff to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient operation.
- Secondary education plus relevant courses or certifications, or a university degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in office software packages and intermediate-level English language skills.
- Portuguese language knowledge is highly valued.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
