About the Role

As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience through our product and operations. This role requires a unique combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to manage operations, sales, and stakeholders.


Your Responsibilities
  • Monitor live dashboards and trigger tactical plays to balance the marketplace.
  • Develop hyper-local strategies for user acquisition and engagement to maximize match rates and fulfill service level agreements.
  • Lead incident response to operational issues to minimize impact on users.
  • Analyze and optimize performance shifts, A/B test incentive campaigns, and provide daily insights to inform strategic plans.
  • Manage a team of operations analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and rapid execution.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in real-time operations, marketplace management, or supply/demand coordination within a high-volume, on-demand environment.
  • Data-driven decisiveness with expertise in SQL and data visualization tools to monitor performance and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Levers and incentives expertise with hands-on experience designing and deploying tactical levers.
  • Leadership and communication skills to coordinate response efforts across multiple teams.
  • A relentless executor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
