The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, risk management, and compliance. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining the operations and reliability of all sites, including building maintenance, cleaning, furniture, refurbishment, constructions, equipment, installation, repairs, etc.

You will also coordinate, support, and train third-party resources, manage internal policies and procedures, and ensure payment to suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing assets and inventories, ensuring an effective lifecycle for equipment, furniture, and all costs related.
