Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Manager to join our Technical Support team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, be self-motivated, and possess a passion for people management and mentorship.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires the ability to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to open-source projects, think critically, and approach problems with a client-centric mindset.

About the Role

  • Manage and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers who respond to client requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Act as an owner for team accountability and performance, partnering closely with upper management.
  • Ensure successful training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Guide the team through technical training and learning and development needs.
  • Build out documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Drive projects or initiatives to improve team productivity and process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in people management and/or mentorship.
  • Self-motivated and detail-attentive individual.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability.
  • Passionate about technology and willing to learn.
  • Contribution to open-source projects.
