">We are seeking a highly skilled Business Messaging Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of customer business needs and strategies, and providing solutions using our business messaging platform.
The ideal candidate will influence for impact and act as a trusted advisor to help the client transform their business. They will guide strategy, planning, and implementation of use cases to deliver against the client's key performance indicators, ensuring a high level of adoption of our platform.
The successful candidate will identify optimization opportunities for improving performance and deliver trainings to build global playbooks/guides for clients regarding best practices around product implementation and solutions success.
They will also drive product and feature adoption, provide ongoing education to partners (existing and prospects) about new and existing features, and actively seek customer feedback regarding ways to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 7+ years experience in customer success, account management, consulting, strategic partnerships, and pre-sales roles at a software/SaaS/CPaaS company.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience.
- Experience with translating complexity into simple and intuitive action plans, explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and generally improving the customer experience.
- Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement.
- Experience adapting to a changing product and responding strategically to client needs.
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications
">- Up-to-date knowledge on trends and market-leading companies in business messaging.
- Experience in channel sales organizations (partner handles selling motion) within an enterprise SaaS or CPaaS business.
- Experience working with APIs and Cloud Solutions.
