Partner Solutions Manager

We are seeking a strategic and operationally-strong Partner Solutions Manager to join our team in São Paulo. This role will work closely with key partners, drive scalable data-driven solutions for WhatsApp Partnerships programs cross-functionally, and support data and analytics functions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve or innovate new processes and drive strategic growth with WhatsApp partners.
  • Analyze metrics and vertical trends related to business messaging, and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption for partners through ongoing analysis of new and existing WhatsApp business products.
  • Understand and consult on Partnerships' goals, and determine ways to track progress efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and querying large and complex datasets.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience storytelling through data and communicating insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally.
  • Passion for problem-solving, going deep into an issue, and explaining the 'why' and not just the 'what' of a trend.
  • 7+ years experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in building business intelligence tooling and dashboards to track business initiatives and progress towards goals, as well as increasing operational efficiency throughout the organization.
  • A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative.
  • Willingness to get scrappy and unafraid of dealing with 'dirty data'.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses.
