Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to assist our Compliance team with various tasks and projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in policy and governance, while contributing to our mission to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase financial freedom.

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency, and eager to learn and grow with us.

  • Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks.
  • Analyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking deliverables.
  • Assist with preparation of internal reports, compiling, collating, summarizing data, and proofreading.
  • Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other relevant subjects.
  • Perform general administrative and ancillary activities as assigned.
  • Work with compliance applications such as Refinitiv World-Check and Google applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Major in Economics, Social Science, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex subjects through comprehensive reading.
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently across functions and locations.
  • Demonstrate learning agility, critical thinking, and innovation.
  • Crypto enthusiast.
  • Confidence, results-driven attitude, and creative problem-solving skills are appreciated.
