We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in the Americas region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to shaping the future of HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering precise and compliant HR operations, interacting closely with regional and global HR teams, and driving impact across all HR regions.

The role entails:

  • Delivering precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Interacting closely with the Americas HR Manager and the Global Head of HR to create impact across all HR regions
  • Being accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high-performing team
  • Working with managers across the business on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning
  • Partnering with the HRIS team to develop and refine operational processes for day-to-day HR administration
  • Coaching and advising people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries
  • Partnering with people managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
  • Establishing a trusted partnership with the business in your region
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Designing new policies and delivering on business-critical HR-related projects globally

We are looking for someone with exceptional academic credentials, experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business, and a good balance between leading and executing. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience mentoring and developing others, and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
