Key Responsibilities:- Assume managerial duties during scheduled shifts when the senior manager is not present.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 members engaged in both cookie sales and customer deliveries.
- Supervise new hourly staff onboarding and initial training sessions.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires in the absence of the senior manager.
- Support the senior manager with inventory control, scheduling, and ordering.
- Ensure staff adherence to company standards.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience within a restaurant or retail environment.
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
- Previous experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work a 4-5 day workweek and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week.
