Responsibilities- Develop and execute client success plans based on desired business outcomes.

- Experience in B2B SaaS – 2 years of experience required.
- Client-facing experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable running initiatives independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in helping clients deploy and see the value of the products they have purchased.
- Background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries.
