The Enterprise Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained growth and prosperity of our large business and enterprise clients.
This position demands an in-depth understanding of workforce management strategies within complex business environments, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
The ideal candidate will leverage their background in digital transformation to identify challenges, develop tailored solutions, and introduce innovative strategies that boost adoption and deliver unparalleled value.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans based on desired business outcomes.
- Ensure clients achieve maximum return on investment from our platform and utilize their licenses effectively.
- Consult with clients to resolve issues and help them achieve their objectives.
- Analyze data to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure client success.
- Work with clients to create new use cases and success stories.
- 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, high energy, and entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable running initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in helping clients deploy and realize the value of products they have purchased.
- Experience in building relationships with senior business and platform stakeholders.
- A team player who enjoys giving and receiving feedback, sharing ideas, and constantly improving together.
