Experience Consultant Position

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to ensure a seamless experience for our clients during their onboarding journey.

This role involves working closely with our products and services to educate clients on how to effectively utilize them.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and 1-1 training sessions to educate clients.
  • Assist clients in configuring and customizing our products to meet their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand upgrades made to the product and advise customers accordingly.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or customer success.
  • Technical proficiency and experience working with software platforms and systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
