OverviewThis is a high-level management position that oversees account support for our customers. The Director will be responsible for leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) include renewal rates, return on investment (ROI), and relationship interaction.
The successful candidate will have experience in account management, leadership, and communication skills.
