Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Specialist in the area of Wound Care.

This role involves working collaboratively with the AWM Team to develop and execute strategies for the entire portfolio of wound care products in Brazil.

  • Develop and implement product development plans
  • Interface and follow-up of processes with regulatory, compliance and medical education areas
  • Develop and approve promotional product materials
  • Create practical and theoretical classes on wound care products
  • Apply product training to all stakeholders (team, distributors, customers, etc.)
  • Validate product content in marketing initiatives
  • Project manage and launch new products Identify and explore opportunities for new projects for product development
  • Develop new projects and training in partnership with the commercial team
  • Coordinate the training agenda in different regions
  • Organize product content and participate in events (congresses, fairs, exhibitions, symposium, sponsorships, on-site training)
  • Develop clinical cases
  • Study and position wound care products
  • Control training materials (mannequins, samples, promotional and support materials)
  • Interface with the global and LatAm team to understand wound care technologies and local applications
  • Analyze KPIs and the results of training
  • Track the sales force in field activities, aiming to improve training and contribute to the direction and support to representatives in generating demand

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Complete graduation in Nursing.
  • Preferable post-graduate studies in Estomatherapy or Dermatology.
  • Extensive experience in the medical device segment
  • Experience in marketing and product development
  • Knowledge in training tools and methodologies
  • Advanced English and/or Spanish
  • Specializations will be a differential
  • Travel availability
