We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic Game Aggregator team. As a key partner in our success, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with casino operator clients across the Latin American market.
About the Role- You will manage and grow relationships with clients to ensure their success with our Game Aggregator.
- You will act as a trusted partner, driving client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing insights that help clients optimize their performance.
- You will be the primary point of contact for casino operator clients, building lasting relationships.
- You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts and drive revenue growth.
- You will resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely solutions.
- You will monitor and analyze client account performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- You will stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
- 2+ years of experience in account management and/or customer success management.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client performance.
- Experience resolving client issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Written and spoken English at C1+ level.
- Written and spoken Portuguese at C1+ level.
