About the Role

We are seeking an experienced design professional to lead the production of design and fabrication plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating designers' activities and ensuring that all design deliverables meet contract requirements and project QHSE plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of drafting, design, and testing standards, as well as advanced project management skills and the ability to supervise diverse cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of design and fabrication plans.
  • Coordinate designers' activities and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
  • Supervise designers and prioritize design work performed by them.
  • Identify risks associated with design activities and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of drafting, design, and testing standards.
  • Ability to supervise diverse cultural teams.
  • Excellent command of English.
