We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Analyze and escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
