Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective order management, logistics, and supply chain activities. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and efficient order-to-cash processes
  • Keep customer requirements updated in our system
  • Build intimate relationships with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders
  • Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Customer care-related experience
  • Fluent Portuguese, Advanced level of Spanish and Intermediate level of English
