We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to support our Service & Product Manager across various technical domains. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs.
The role involves contributing expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services, defining workarounds for known errors, and initiating process improvements. Additionally, maintaining a knowledge database is crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience with IT Support Area
- Proficiency with software development tools
- Ability to solve complex issues, with good problem statement analysis and solution design thinking skills
- Track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners
- Confident communication skills, able to explain technology to non-technical audiences
- Capability of understanding client needs and translating them into products and services
