Job Description

As a seasoned marketing and medical leader, you will be responsible for driving strategy in the rare diseases field across Latin America. Your expertise will lead business and medical initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of commercial and medical projects.

This role is based in São Paulo – SP, where you will join a dynamic team committed to making a difference in the lives of patients with serious chronic diseases.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial and medical strategies to drive the growth of the Rare Disease portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional LATAM teams to build strategic approaches and action plans for Rare Disease.
  • Represent LATAM in Global, IO, and regional CBTs, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

You will identify business and product opportunities within the region through market analysis and drive the execution of initiatives focused on process implementation across affiliates.

As a key member of our team, you will provide marketing and medical insights for business discussions and align global teams with affiliates, supporting the launch process in TAs, ensuring proper planning and execution of strategic plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Engineering, or any related area, with a cross-functional educational background or post graduate (e.g. Finance / Marketing, Strategy / Sales/ Medical).
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Commercial areas and transfunctional knowledge in Access, Medical, Clinical or marketing areas.
  • Proven experience as a people manager, leading teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong experience in rare diseases, oncology, or haematology is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in the LATAM healthcare market and government landscape is an asset.
