The Role

You will play a key role in transforming raw data into valuable business insights that drive growth. Your responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and create actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to uncover patterns and trends related to customer behavior, sales, inventory, and website traffic.
  • Create dashboards highlighting KPIs, insights, and business trends.
  • Define and track necessary analytics, providing recommendations for team success.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast sales and customer behavior for optimizing inventory, marketing, and product strategies.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns and website layouts using data-driven insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance website conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Leverage insights to optimize marketing channels and increase engagement and conversion rates.

Additionally, you will monitor website performance daily and set up automated alerts for any significant issues. You will also provide rapid response analyses and recommendations to address shifts or problems in site performance.
