  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Capture and document knowledge of existing manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Kaizen events and conduct time studies to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Interact with vendors to select and purchase equipment, fixtures, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with ERP systems like Epicor.
  • Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
