We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our analysis and documentation of business requirements for IT systems and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories;
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements;
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals;
- Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating outcomes;
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes;
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields;
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies;
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation;
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or custom platforms;
- Fluent communication skills in English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Skilled in using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Service Now or similar;
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying tools;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
