
Senior Business Development Manager

An account executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities- Grows and owns a targeted account list to drive revenue growth
- Develops a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
- Manages the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
- Meets or exceeds monthly and yearly revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Continuously develops a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with the sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects
- Maintains accurate records in the CRM system with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with 1 year selling into the mid-market segment
- A proven track record of developing a new territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication abilities in Spanish and English
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility
