Senior Human Resource Operations Specialist

The role of Senior Human Resource Operations Specialist is crucial in designing, implementing, and monitoring human resource programs and policies. This includes recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity, and diversity. The specialist anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.

  • Work closely with management to implement corporate HR policies at the business unit or division level.
  • Consult with employees and managers to address HR issues, resolving employee relations systematically.
  • Participate in company-wide programs such as salary reviews, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Assist senior management with organizational development, cultural, and process improvements.
  • Potentially manage talent management and succession planning activities.
  • Utilize skills in coaching, influencing, facilitation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep knowledge in HR discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Experience leading projects or serving as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining sensitive information and building consensus.
  • Proficiency in English.
