**Job Summary**


The Onboarding Specialist will provide a seamless and successful onboarding experience to existing customers. This includes platform webinar training, customization sessions, identifying leads and upsell opportunities, and segmenting cohorts of accounts for platform migration.


**Key Responsibilities**


- Deliver platform webinar training to customers.
- Conduct customization sessions (1:1 training with customers).
- Identify leads and upsell opportunities.
- Segment cohorts of accounts for platform migration.
- Detect 'at risk' accounts.


**Requirements**


We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and able to build rapport with customers. Key skills include exceptional communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to build workspaces and customize our platform to meet customer needs.
