Buscamos por um Customer Service Specialist, para atuar de forma híbrida que terá:
- Inglês avançado/fluente;
- Gerenciar todo o relacionamento com os clientes designados, incluindo onboarding, implementação, treinamento, adoção, retenção e satisfação;
- Estabelecer relacionamentos como consultor confiável e estratégico para garantir o valor contínuo de nossos produtos e serviços;
- Desenvolver e manter estratégias de sucesso do cliente e melhores práticas, bem como conteúdo de suporte ao cliente, com a ajuda da equipe criativa;
- Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com gerentes seniores internos e externos para entender melhor as necessidades dos clientes, maximizar a retenção e o crescimento, e compartilhar aprendizados;
- Manter métricas e dados existentes de sucesso do cliente conforme orientado.
Responsabilidades;
- Atuar como ponto de contato diário para as contas designadas, construindo confiança e identificação de oportunidades, destacando melhores práticas e documentando ambos;
- Revisar a jornada do cliente, determinar como ela é apoiada e usar uma abordagem consultiva para ajudar os clientes a superar desafios e atingir seus objetivos;
- Facilitar a interação e o fluxo de trabalho entre membros da equipe do projeto, incluindo fornecedores de serviços terceirizados, para garantir entregas pontuais;
- Colaborar, resolver problemas e/ou criar estratégias com os membros da equipe para reuniões futuras com os clientes;
- Preparar documentações ou materiais visuais sobre o desempenho de campanhas para os clientes; analisar tendências em CSAT (satisfação do cliente) e NPS (Net Promoter Score) para identificar áreas de melhoria;
- Trabalhar com as equipes de vendas e marketing para impulsionar indicações de clientes e desenvolver estudos de caso.
