Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Counselor to provide expert guidance on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, consultancy contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage employment disputes and litigation, collaborating with external counsel as needed.
- Develop and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to HR and management teams on employment law matters and compliance.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization.
You will also handle cross-border employment matters, collaborate with HR, compliance, and operations teams, and advise on classification of workers in the gig economy context.
Requirements:
