Financial Leader for Global Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our Latin America region, supporting country business teams in strategic planning and financial management. This role requires expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive sustained profitable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage regional forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze revenue and cost variances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead the team and processes for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Credit, and Taxation functions.
- Control agreements with distributors, partners, vendors, and manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance and optimal terms.
- Consolidate and report budgets for all regions, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Optimize spending trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years leading multi-national teams in Commercial Finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of financial planning systems like Hyperion.
- Excellent knowledge of forecasting techniques and strong accounting background, especially revenue/expense recognition rules.
- Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills.
