The Top Accounts division is a vice presidency of sales that serves SAP Brazil's largest clients. The team is responsible for helping them extract the maximum potential benefits from their investments and expanding partnerships through new technologies that can transform their businesses. Executive-level relationships in this segment are very high, and the demand for professionals with advanced knowledge in technology and business makes a difference.
About the RoleTitle: Administrative Assistant - Support Specialist (Top Accounts)
Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil
In this opportunity, you will:
- Monitor and manage sales performance through control mechanisms and reports
- Support and monitor marketing actions and demand generation
- Organize and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Provide support for content preparation for executive meetings for the internal sales team and customer communication
- Organize and manage executives' schedules, providing meeting invitations and room reservations;
- Coordinate national and international trips for executives, including flight arrangements, hotel reservations, car rentals (when necessary), etc.
- Lodge executive travel expenses;
- Verify expense reports, ensuring they comply with company-defined policies;
- Provide office materials and create purchase requests in the system;
- Support events, presentations for customers or prospects with coffee breaks, equipment, and materials;
- Excellent phone attendance to external and internal clients;
- Follow up on matters requested by executives;
- Make arrangements for executive training courses and events (both domestically and internationally);
- Coordinate receiving international visits, providing agenda, transportation, hotels, and any other support needed in Brazil.
- Be proactive about studying innovations, case studies, and disseminating news to the sales team.
We're looking for someone who has initiative, perseverance, and stays curious.
- Pursuing a degree in executive secretariat, administration, marketing, or related courses in information technology
- Attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluency in English/Spanish desirable
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office package (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory)
