Oliver Wyman is a leading management consulting firm that helps clients optimize their business, improve operations, and enhance risk profile. As an Executive Assistant, you will support Partners and Principals in driving business development and day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Build relationships with clients and client EAs to drive business growth">
  • Maintain and update CRM database with current contacts and business activities">
  • Track sales activity/pipeline with each Partner and proactively spot opportunities for follow-up">
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book cars, rail tickets, and develop understanding of Partner scheduling and travel preferences">
  • Work with HR to obtain work permits and visas, manage documents and project deliverables, and ensure seamless support to Principals/Partners when needed">
  • Prepare monthly timesheets for assigned Principals/Partners and all expense reports">
  • Provide coverage for EAs who are out of the office and participate in team meetings to improve processes and performance">

Requirements

">

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual with at least 3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service position. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services is a plus. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and strong service focus are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment, maintain confidentiality, and think strategically.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
