The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding Quectel's presence in the Latam market, focusing on the Short Range and Smart product lines. This involves conducting thorough market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with sales representatives to incorporate these products into existing customer portfolios.
Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Provide training and support to customers on product updates, ensuring they stay informed about the latest features and capabilities.
- Monitor and follow up on account development within the Regional Funnel, particularly for Short Range and Smart product lines.
- Develop and implement training programs for sales teams and distributors, focusing on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Compile a monthly report detailing lead generation, technical evaluations, meeting plans, and roadmap calls to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and schedule regular roadmap meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM systems, guaranteeing seamless access to vital data across the organization.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to engage with potential customers, gather insights, and capture contact information for future follow-up.
