Our organization seeks a highly experienced professional to lead cross-functional communications and strategic coordination. This critical role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional communications and strategic coordination to deliver on defined projects supporting business messaging initiatives.
  • Design and execute operational plans while independently developing and managing project plans to support key stakeholder asks.
  • Bring visibility and control to client and partner sales governance and pipeline flows across messaging platforms.
  • Drive business insights with partners to conduct impactful analysis of revenue, products, verticals, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to content and communication development for internal and external stakeholder engagements and communications.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, project management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Proven communication, project, and process management skills.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
  • Effective working relationships with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to act proactively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proven experience driving end-to-end strategy setting and implementation, including influencing senior stakeholder buy-in.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish (speaking and writing) is an asset.
