We're seeking a seasoned Implementation Consultant to join our team at Braze, a leading customer engagement platform. As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional results for our clients, empowering them to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.
About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you'll own the early stages of the customer lifecycle, onboarding new clients and collaborating with Customer Success Managers & Agency Partners to drive success. Your key objectives will include:
- Project managing a portfolio of customer onboardings to achieve successful outcomes, accelerating Time to Value and growing customer retention.
- Supporting Agency Partners as they execute their own onboardings of Braze customers.
- Collaborating with internal technical resources to empower and train customers to utilize Braze's platform and features efficiently.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex implementation projects across multiple senior client stakeholders at a SaaS company or similar.
- Significant project management experience and/or formal certifications (PMP, PMgP, Agile, Prince2 etc).
- Fluent English language skills and proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, along with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage conflicting priorities.
