Key Responsibilities- Develop and coach sales teams to drive performance and growth.
- Pitch and close deals utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Manage customer relationships for smooth onboarding and first trades.
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume and implement regional sales programs.
- Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and administration processes.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Individual performance track record in FX Sales ready for a managerial role.
- Natural coach sharing knowledge and seeing team development.
- Able to develop sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and market knowledge.
- Financial Services experience preferably with industry network.
- First-class communication skills to mentor, coach, and develop people.
- Skilled negotiator building and leveraging relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
- Fluent language and business-level English.
