Lead International Sales Growth

Ebury empowers businesses to expand globally with tailored financial solutions. As a Front Office team member, the Lead FX Sales Team plays a pivotal role in shaping cross-border finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach sales teams to drive performance and growth.
  • Pitch and close deals utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage customer relationships for smooth onboarding and first trades.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume and implement regional sales programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and administration processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Requirements
  • Individual performance track record in FX Sales ready for a managerial role.
  • Natural coach sharing knowledge and seeing team development.
  • Able to develop sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and market knowledge.
  • Financial Services experience preferably with industry network.
  • First-class communication skills to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  • Skilled negotiator building and leveraging relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
  • Fluent language and business-level English.
