Production Operator Role

This position is responsible for working under supervision to mold and trim products to established specifications. As part of a team rotating through multiple job functions throughout the day, following a set playbook for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties under the supervision of a trainer or supervisor.
  • Process trimmed product through washing and drying processes.
  • Ensure equipment setup accuracy.
  • Maintain continual product flow through the module.
  • Operate a mold press to produce molded panels.
  • Operate a manual/automatic trim press as needed.
  • Process product through special treatments.
  • Prepare carton labels for boxing and shipping.
  • Alert the Area Supervisor to potential production and quality issues.
  • Maintain required documentation and paperwork.
  • Inspect molded/trimmed work for quality.
  • Move materials into and out of the area.
  • Clean and prep assigned workstations/equipment.
  • Promote a Lean environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No minimum experience required.
