About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a user acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue for one of our investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a user acquisition strategy that leverages Facebook and app channels to drive growth and revenue.
  • Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and targeting strategies, identifying the most effective combinations that drive user acquisition, conversions, and improved return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per first purchase (CPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and evaluate the product together with the product team.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of web and app promotion, including expertise in the iOS SKAD Network.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations, and implement them.
  • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager.
  • Generate ideas and tasks for creative production, develop creative hypotheses.
  • Prior experience in online marketing.
  • Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (such as Appsflyer etc.) to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
  • B1+ English.
  • UA practices in different GEOs (USA, Tier 1 countries).
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

In other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1,000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
