Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts on the AliExpress platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing key accounts and partnerships, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.

In this position, you will oversee the integration of technology solutions, facilitate seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and key account sellers, and enhance operational efficiency. You will also lead the sales management process, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue goals.

You will analyze market trends and customer insights to create tailored commercial strategies for key account sellers, addressing their unique needs and challenges. A solid understanding of technology integrations and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
