Senior Legal Advisor for Structured Financing

As a seasoned legal expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our lending operations with specialized legal advice on complex financing transactions.
Your Responsibilities- You will work closely with our Global Lending Unit team to provide high-quality legal guidance on structured lending and financing deals;
- Collaborate with the Equity Derivatives team on matters related to structured products and innovative financing solutions;
- Review and draft critical lending agreements, guarantee contracts, and other key legal documents;
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international regulations across jurisdictions;
- Partner with internal teams and external counsel to drive successful deal execution and resolution;
We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong background in law, finance, or banking who can contribute valuable insights and skills to our team.
- No less than 3 years of experience in legal roles related to lending, financing, and guarantees;
- Proficiency in financial markets and regulatory frameworks, particularly in Brazil;
- Familiarity with cross-border legal matters and judicial recovery procedures is highly desirable;
- Membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is mandatory;
- Fluent proficiency in English and Portuguese;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills;
