Our Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer experience by delivering timely and effective support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing guidance and assistance to tutors, and ensuring a seamless experience for both instructors and students.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google documents and technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable performing all job responsibilities on a laptop or computer
- Competitive hourly rate
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Fully remote position
