We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The primary goal of this role is to maintain and grow relationships with our most important customers.
This position requires close collaboration with our sales and product teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our most important customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding our customers' business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Collaborating with our product team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers
- Monitoring customer usage and providing insights to our product team to drive product improvements
- Developing and executing customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Providing customer feedback to our internal teams to help drive continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
