Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Our team is a core growth engine for innovation, responsible for creating long-term value through strategic partnerships. We build innovative alliances that expand our ecosystem and unlock new revenue streams. As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving partnership initiatives from start to finish, turning strategic goals into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
- Leading the full deal lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the contracting process.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful launch and execution of new partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners to maximize the value of our collaborations.
- Analyzing partnership performance, reporting on key metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
- A proven ability to manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from sourcing to closing and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with external partners.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform your strategy and measure success.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude and a passion for finding creative solutions to business challenges.
