Job Title: New Commercial Partnerships Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as our New Commercial Partnerships Lead. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian health system, leveraging innovative projects in cardiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within the health care stakeholder group and build strong relationships with them.
- Gain a deep understanding of health care needs and opportunities for our company.
- Uncover key stakeholder issues and concerns.
- Partner with health care stakeholders to drive innovation and identify opportunities to deliver long-term value for the ecosystem, society, and our company.
- Service, support, and align the cross-functional team.
- Lead the dialogue for regular progress review and performance management.
- Embed our product as part of the solution, drive positive product experiences to ensure bottom-up agreement of health care professionals and other stakeholders.
- Design an Innovation Lab for Health Systems with the development of a replicable methodology and ongoing support or ideation, innovation design, and development of solutions to address the challenges identified.
- Describe the economic and health benefits to individuals and governments of a public health approach.
- Summarize the evidence for the cost-effectiveness of public health and prevention approaches, including the wider determinants of health.
Requirements:
- Depth of experience and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, processes, policies, and governance model.
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving engagement with health care stakeholder groups.
- Succesful development and execution of strategic plans relevant to the healthcare ecosystem.
- Visionary leaders with a deep understanding of healthcare issues and priorities at the country level.
- Ability to strategically coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams bringing the right expertise when needed to develop integrated strategies and value proposition.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with deep experience in the local market.
