We seek a Commercial Manager to lead our sales team, develop market expansion strategies, and build high-value partnerships.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills, business development mindset, and experience in scaling commercial operations with purpose and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the commercial and sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Design and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship.
  • Develop and monitor commercial KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and business development events.

Candidates Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management roles.
  • Proven track record of building successful sales teams and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
