Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen commercial strategies and execution plans
  • Develop, monitor, and update commercial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Structure and oversee the commercial calendar, campaigns, and actions by channel and category
  • Plan commercial goals and break them down by team, channel, region, and category
  • Support sales teams with strategic analyses and tactical recommendations to boost results such as AOV, sales force, and conversions
  • Create forecasts, projections, and scenario simulations for sales growth
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with cross-functional areas (Sales, Marketing, Trade, Supply, Finance, Pricing, Business Intelligence)
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve process efficiency
  • Support portfolio projects, launches, and promotional strategies
