Job Title:

The role of Commercial Sales Lead for Strategic Growth involves driving strategic growth for the Snapdragon Compute platform across key B2B partners, including distributors, system integrators, and enterprise accounts.

About the Job:
  • This position is responsible for building strong partnerships, driving business development, and executing go-to-market strategies that expand our footprint in the commercial segment.
  • You will work closely with global and regional teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead sales and business strategy to grow the Snapdragon Compute platform with selected commercial partners.
  2. Manage strategic accounts targeting SMBs and enterprise customers, ensuring optimal product assortment and performance.
  3. Develop new business opportunities with enterprise accounts and system integrators, positioning Snapdragon as the preferred compute solution.
  4. Define KPIs with partners and track ROI and productivity of channel investments.
  5. Build and execute channel programs with distribution partners, including co-marketing and PR initiatives.
  6. Oversee go-to-market execution, partner enablement, and cross-functional reporting.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of Brazil's PC ecosystem and strong relationships with commercial channel players.
  • Experience in B2B sales channels (distributors, system integrators, carriers) and enterprise-focused marketing.
  • Proven success in business development within high-tech organizations serving the commercial segment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in sales, marketing, product management, or business development within the compute ecosystem.
  • B.Tech/BE or MBA in Sales & Marketing with strong analytical skills.
  • Established relationships with commercial channel leaders and distributor account owners.
  • Experience driving adoption of new technologies and selling emerging products.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
