We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to lead our commercial growth efforts, driving user conversion and order growth while maintaining sustainable merchant profitability.
- Design and execute merchant-facing promotional strategies aligned with the platform's overall business goals.
- Support pricing and incentive strategy design by analyzing key cost and value drivers.
- Analyze user behavior, merchant performance, and campaign effectiveness data to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of partner strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans that drive user conversion, order growth, and merchant profitability.
- Pricing Strategy: Analyze key cost and value drivers to inform pricing decisions that balance user perception and merchant profit margins.
- Data Analysis: Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategic actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
- Critical Thinking: Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break down complex problems and propose structured solutions.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate solid business acumen and ability to manage cross-team alignment.
- Adaptability: Showcase experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments and adaptability in navigating commercial trade-offs.
- Communication: Possess effective communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- E-commerce Experience: Having experience in e-commerce, food delivery, fintech, or platform-based businesses is a plus.
- BI Tools: Proficiency in BI tools (SQL) is desirable.
