A forward-thinking organization seeks a Business Solutions Specialist to drive the development of an Access Rights Management application. This pivotal role ensures efficient, secure, and innovative solutions across global networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Design workflows, system architectures, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Support Agile teams with requirement clarification and documentation.
  • Utilize Behavior-Driven Development tools (Cucumber or similar) to define and verify functionality.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and assist in application validation.
  • Analyze and enhance existing access control processes.
  • Ensure Identity and Access Management policies and best practices are adhered to.
  • Support user training, workshops, and smooth adoption of systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
  • Experience with Unified Modeling Language, Visio, Draw.io (domain models, activity diagrams, workflows).
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
  • Experience delivering user training and application demos.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge or experience in Identity and Access Management is advantageous.
