About the Role

This role supports our business sales operations and enables our CRM strategy. You will serve as a partner to develop solutions that make sales teams more effective through CRM tools. Your responsibilities will include continuous improvement, sales training, processes, tools adoption, and data management to increase engagement and effectiveness for the sales organization.

  • You will be the product owner of the customer relationship management tool, responsible for its effectiveness and utilization measures.
  • Lead and coordinate the sales data management strategy across multiple systems related to customer information.
